At Un Mundo Cafe we have some strange ideas. For one we believe that local community still has a role to play in our future. Believe it or not most of the world still depends on small agriculture, face to face interaction, and interdependency. We believe that although we are miles apart, our community of Springfield has something to learn from the communities that produce the coffee we buy.
