Last week, we welcomed our soups back to the menu for the autumn and winter seasons. Every year, many of our customers eagerly begin asking when soup will return as early as August, and we can't blame them! With so much flavor and comforting, cozy goodness, it's hard to say good-bye and hello never seems to come soon enough. Something that many people are delighted to learn about Un Mundo's soups, and what sets them apart from many others, is that they are made fresh, from scratch, every single day. Nothing is ever frozen, reheated, or pre-made, and we only use fresh, whole food ingredients.
Bonus points: our soups are friendly to those with gluten-free and vegan/vegetarian diets, so just about anyone can enjoy. Some may think that means compromising on flavor or heartiness, but they would be wrong; we promise even the biggest meat-lovers have given us raving reviews!
Pair one of our soups with a bagel, wrap, or panini for lunch, or simply enjoy on its own. We begin serving them at 11:00 AM, and for as long as supplies last for the day -- which, due to high-demand, sometimes isn't very long!
